taking a look at my dynosheets i can tell that the costa is good for in town or crusing at 100 or even less!
overall the polini is best even loosing 0.6 hp!
the guy from costa will send me lighter weights if i am in the mood i will fit those but i am quiet happy with the polini! |

polini's are alright, the rollers you get with them are a bag of shite though.
polini variator with standard rollers is the way forward. i got 20,000 miles out of my standard rollers!
and they werent even in bad condition _________________ revolution deathsquad! |

The sliding rollers are supposed to be ok with aftermarket variators too, so in theory this is the best combination of the lot but we never got a chance to test it. My only concern would be the belt lifting so high it rubbed on the casing. Might not be an issue with the stock belt but certainly was with the Malossi one.
Just been told the Dr Pulley sliding rollers for GTS are now in stock at SIP. |

no visable wear after 3500 miles
I think best combo so far is Polini variator, standard piaggio belt, Dr pulley sliding rollers ,... then PM or leovince pipe....oh yea and small screen (5mph ).... _________________ GTS OWNERS CLUB

looking at them pictures of rollers brings back the 2 stroke days _________________

Malossi all the way polini aint my bag.
i have had a malossi on mine for about 6000 hard miles and it aint missed a beat.
they make a bid difference over standard but as for which is best that is up too you.
they make no difference in speed as they need to be set up. some people will say they think one is better than the other but it is only personal choice.
