I HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY A MATE TO PUT ULTRASEAL IN MY TYRES, BUT HE CAN'T TELL ME WHY! I THOUGHT THAT TUBELESS TYRES DIDN'T GET BLOW OUTS, THEY WENT DOWN SLOWLY SO YOU CAN COME TO A CONTROLLED STOP. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHY ULTRASEAL AND IS MY THOUGHT ABOUT TUBELESS TYRES TRUE OR SHITE? ROD |

ultraseal can seal small punctures as you ride. some folks go round the world without a puncture, get home, take the tyres off and see that the sealant has prevented dozens.
HOWEVER don't think ultraseal is still being distributed in the uk so you may have to go for "slime for tubeless tyres" similar stuff just different colour. _________________

Ultraseal has now changed company name and is marketed under the name "puncture safe or seal" (cant remember which)
Tubeless tyres can blow out and often do, especially if run under inflated. |

I recently got Ultraseal online from :
http://www.ultrasealshop.com/ultrasealmotorbike.html
£26.95 delivered. I now feel far safer when riding. You don't shit yourself everytime the wind blows. _________________ C'mon the Hoops! |

I have ultraseal in all my bikes!
had the front of the lammy puncture with ultra seal in, it went down by 10 psi instantly, I strongly believe that if I had not had ultraseal it would have blown out and probably had me off! |

Owts got to be better than nowt? Ive had slime in one Lammy, dunno if it worked, ultraseal in the other Lammy and GTS, but still dunno if it works luckily, why have I now got a sense of impending doom? I did once have a front tyre blow out at 60ish coming back from Lens in Shiply Yorks, loaded down with chrome goodys that all got scratched to buggery, no ultraseal in them old days, wish there had been. _________________ GTS250 its the future!!!
