The tyre is 7% bigger dia than the 130. Took the tyre off after a couple of hundred miles cos it couldn't pull me(insert joke here). Would be great with more power or if i was a few hundred pounds lighter Laughing Laughing

i had a smaller 120/70/12 on and it takes loads off your top end.

the accelleration is about 5% better.

ive now got the proper size fitted and its good again. i think a 140/70/12 would scrape the mudguard depending on the tyre.

an avon would scrape for definate because mine does a little and its only a 130, avons are rounder i think.

smirnoff had a 140 pilot i think. pm him.

Not tried it with the filter yet. tried for a wheel rim on ebay the other night, but my missus cocked up the bidding and lost it. Want both on rims so I can change them when I want to. Wink

Pilot 140 is the one to use.

I have had different feedback from different folks.

With larger folks (or riding 2up) it kills the bottem end pull away but others love it on them long downhill bits, over 90 without hitting the limiter. (solo riding)

Obviously belt wear will have an affect aswell.

My advice: try it anyway cause in 3000k you'll need another!! Very Happy
