House move and work have conspired against me to feck this up for me Gutted, but I won't be able to make it.
Sorry folks - looks like I'll have to wait until August or September.
Sucks to be me, as our American cousins would say.
Have fun for me _________________ Do two and 1/4 rallies mean I'm not a scoot noob anymore? |

southwaite services to meet up with chevy and for a substantial meal sounds about right
we'll have a couple of fuel stops before then where we can grab a quick coffee and a boiled egg to keep us going
Blthe services & scotch corner look favourite
it would be ideal to get the boring miles we've all seen before out of the way, get up past glasgow hopefully missing rush hour and onto the good stuff we really want to see _________________

So the 8am meet up at southwaite now means a very early start for me on Wednesday , but it does get us to the campsite nice and early
As I've never met any of you in person, I'll be riding the dark pink* GTS250 pictured in my signature wearing a white Sheoi multitech, and black weise jacket.
I guess I'm looking for a group on GTS's and trikes?
*as booboo described vintage red to me _________________

Guys, talking to Chevy, he was thinking getting to Southwaite would be more like 9am leave 10, if that's the case can someone let me know, either via the forum before you set off or text me on my mobile when you get to Scotch Corner. GW has the number as should Chevy as I texted him earlier.
10am departure would be better as I would be leaving at 6.30 rather than 5.30!
Really dont want to set off at 5.30 and then wait around for 2 hours
Got to buy a new tent today as some cleaver cloggs pointed out that a 20 year old tent my not be that water proof and I couldn't find the guy ropes either. _________________
