They're waiting on the boss of Alnwick Rugby Club to return from holiday tomorrow and hopefully allow the rally on their grounds.

Hang on , been told to pass on this...

"Toppa has sorted Clennell Hall for the weekend for a camping and social weekend get together. We tried a number of places today that were up for it if they had 10 days notice but it was too close

Anyone that heard the anouncement on radio 2 today about budle bay not having appropriate license, this was not true. Although some people have suggested this and even complained to the council about this to try to halt the event, everything was in order and the sewage problem was the reason for the event being stopped.

Body: The Beer Pigs have managed to secure Clennel Hall (Alwinton) for friday and saturday. It'll be free camping and they have a permit for music outside until 9p.m and the bar will be open until at least 2am!!!!.

It seems that everyone has rallied round to try and sort something for this weekend and I think somehow we've managed it. Unfortunately no bands can be permitted due to council specs etc... But I'M SURE WE WILL HAVE A REET AULDE KNEES UP.

Try to support if you can!!

Please re post if possible for maximum publicity!!"

Me too... I've been advise to phone Giro or Toppa from the Beerpigs before setting off.

I'm playing safe and having a carry oot of gin & curry with Skolar at my gaff in Dunbar Smile
