I think thats the standard Vespa one tinted.

This is one they've just released for the 300, see no reason why it wouldn't fit a 250 or 125

I've GOT to do it to my scoot too. Have tried a few local car and motorcycle shops, but only found red and orange tinting paint. Will have to start phoning around. I also want to check out slightly brighter bulbs to compensate.
