To put pictures in your posts you first need to use a website to host the pictures for you, I use http://tinypic.com/ but there are plenty more out there like 'Photo bucket' and Image shack' to name 2. Save this site in your favorites.
1. Find a picture you want to use, and save it to your 'My Pictures' file
2. Click on the link to whichever site you choose ie:http://tinypic.com/
3. Click 'BROWSE' this should take you to all your files and folders like 'My Pictures'.
4. Search 'My Pictures' for the picture you've just saved, and click on it twice, this should put it in the 'UPLOAD' box.
5. Click 'HOST IMAGE'.
6. 4 options should appear, 'LINK' 'TAG' 'IMG' 'URL'.
7. Highlight the box thats says 'IMG' by clicking infront of the text with you left mouse button(It should highlight blue).
8. Put your cursor (mouse pointer/little arrow) onto the highlighted text.
9. Click your right mouse button, a menu should appear, click 'COPY'
10. Now come back to this website/Scooter scene, and go to the post you want to add a picture/reply to, or start your own.
11. On the post screen, click your right mouse button, then click 'PASTE' and you should see something like this
[.IMG]http://i1.tinypic.com/mv3ouq.jpg[/IMG.]
12. To check the image worked click on Preview and the picture should be shown.
And thats it, I've used 'Tiny Pics' as a reference because thats what I use to host pictures on here, other hosting sites might be different.
*IT'S ALSO EASIER IF YOU OPEN ANOTHER INTERNET SCREEN ASWELL, THAT WAY YOU'RE NOT OPENING AND SHUTTING THE SAME SCREEN A LOT
This pretty much covers it all, hope they dont mind us borrowing it.

The problem with photobucket is that it is impossible to unsubscribe and resign from their site. I've given up. I deleted all my albums and although my account is now empty of any pictures, I cannot get photobucket to cancel my account.

look at what you've posted, look carefully......you've missed off the front bracket from the img code, the one that looks like this:- [
here's the same code with the bracket in place.................
