just as i have been soting myself out i get knocked down again Crying or Very sad

riding home from work, women flies out from traffic without looking or indicating and slams into the side of me. because it was down hill i carried on sliding the bike span round and i slammed into the side of a lorry

im not too bad. very sore and my back was killing, handy she says she had her indicator on all the time, because i have a witness that says she indicated at the same time as shooting out.

anyway the nexus is poorly. it needs the forks looking at, all new panels down the side, a new tranny case, plastic and variator plastic at the very least. the first thing to go was my mirror which is £'s

for fook sake i hate women in 4 x 4s Crying or Very sad

no seriously mate get in touch with insurance get the bike inspected
keep all bills for travel expenses loss of earnings and keep having a bad back etc etc etc
you will afford a new gp800 then (you know a proper proper scooter) lol

get yourself to the doctors in the morning, back ache, whiplash, all these things can be delayed in showing themselves and can be worth a nice little payout Wink

Glad to hear your ok Monty, but hopefully the seat will suffer delayed combustion, personally Ive never trusted women drivers, and try to give them a wide berth, but in your case even that wouldnt have been enough.
