Hi fellow GTS owners. After donkey's years riding tradional scooters I have taken the plunge! I really need something that will take me and the wench long distances at reasonable speeds without struggling.
Even a PX200 has it's limits, great though they are.
I wont be giving up the PX or Lammy, in fact i'm still building a mega-tuned 218 malossi, but for the long haul with all the crap associated with camping I am hoping the GTS will do the job. Having been 'left for dead' by the 250's this year, I expect to make a better show on the 300 next year!
Personally, it was the white with matt black wheels that did it for me, never got into red etc of the 250.
Still, having taken the p*** out of my auto-riding mates for so long I guess i'm in for some real stick, especially as I made up the Auto Pansies Scooter Club for them, t-shirts and all !!

Not sure they do T-shirts in your size Paul !! Seriously though, anyone who wants one, see me at the rallies next year. I'll be at VFM* xmas party too.
So far, really enjoying the scoot, but can someone please tell me how to keep it down to 30mph?!!!
Also, front brake is well spongy, I guess it will improve but can't help thinking that they should have had pots either side of the disc instead of a static pad! Rear is far better.
