Recently noticed that my V5 document for my red GTS was showing the colour as black, have since made a few enquiries and know of two other people who had exactly the same problem. Anybody else noticed this and can anybody provide an explanation for this.

Yep. My Silver one is down as Black! Keep forgettign to send it off to get it changed.

hey my red gts is black on the log book! do u think henry ford works for the dvla!! u can have a gts in any colour as long as its black lol

LOL at smirnoff.
I had to take some shite of plod when I got stopped on our RED demo, down as BLACK.
Don't ask me what I was doing to get stopped.
It's not your dealer or Piaggio it's them empty heads at DVLA.
Think their system defaults to the first colour which alphabeticlly would be black.
Databases are only as clever as the person pushing the buttons.
How many colours can you think of begining with A.
I'll start it off with Amber!
