its been a month since my accident and im still feeling shit. somehow i have bruised my shoulder blade and because you use it for everything. sit against it lay against it when you sleep it isnt getting any better

i have tried loads of nice super hot baths. that heat stuff that minimises pain and paracetemol.

Ive just started a new job and all went well at first but the pain came back worse and i start getting proper grumpy

i dunno what i can do about it anyone had it. its only on 1 side of my back. 1 month is far too long and its the most annoying thing ever

Monty, one of the best things Ive ever found is, Tiger Balm, sold in Chemists not cheap at £5 only a little glass jar very oriental looking, ace stuff, but you still need to get to the Docs asap.

The best thing about Tiger Balm is that it smells like a decent curry - I used it once and the hunger pangs made me forget about the pain I was suffering Laughing

Get yourself to an osteopath to check that all of your skeleton is in line. If it's not it can affect all types of muscle groups. Cost you about £20-25, providing you're not in London. Well worth it IMO.

You could try some anti-inlammatory tablets, such as Diclofenac. They might help - ask your Doc.
