Gave the GTV a massive clean today and while drying off under the seat, I noticed the plug cap was pointing towards the rear of the scooter and thus straining the HT lead. It was really tight and obviously over time this would cause a problem, so I just rotated the cap a few degrees. Might be worth a check if you have a new bike?
