Hi,
for those who search a cheap good waterproof travel bag...and missed the last famous Maver red bag.
Here is the "waterproof polochon", @ DAFY MOTO
For 16 € you've got an approx. 80cm height and 30 cm diameter bag with two small extra tie-downs to put it on your bike.
