ok i think we need to move from here , i cant afford or have the time to sort it all out steve (browney) has kindly got the name sorted and sorted out the webspace you could argue there is cheaper ones etc etc but for a couple of quid each or fiver we are sorted....and if you cant pay you cant pay thats life i have been approached by RSscooters in vietnam who want a price for a banner ad but am not sure thats the way forward ????? as then you might end up with loads of adds....trhanks again steve

I think it's a fair point though Steve, (keep in mind I know nothing about the cost of server space, just what I've read in this thread) but one is £49 a year for 200mb the other is 1.25 euro per month for 3000mb. If we say 1euro = £1 which is near as damnit these days  then thats £15 a year, so a third of the cost for 15 times the space, seems a no brainer to me..

If someone wants their banner at the top of the page, not with sound or one of these random ad generators, but a banner placed there by the site manager with a hyper link to the sponsors site then charge them the e1.25 a month or £49 per year to cover the cost of the forum server space + arrange a members discount

I do agree with your there Rich.
As for the look could we not get it to look like this one just with out the banner ads and pops ups, as most seem happy with the current format.

i still dont really get whats going on.......why has browney not been made a moderator or adim if he is doing all these things? i dont mind stepping down anyway as i never do feck all......put him in my place if he has the knowledge to progress things and keep an eye out better......
