saying i ride all year isn't poo pooing you because you don't and most folks on here are from geared scooter background and know their roots so don't have to shout about it or make up stories about having a lammy sx200 in the shed at home (that probably doesn't exist) to feel accepted at a rally they go to in a car8)

hi simon nice to see ya on this site. have ya got that dent sorted yet that ya mate did on the i.o.w???? the only people that have given me a hard time are lammy riders. when they say thats not a real scoot or if i cant change gears with my hand i dont want one..the best one was a silly twat from york, i told him to take mine out for a ride and he said no coz he never wanted his mates to see him on one??????. i also have a lammy and a vespa. i think it was your bike that made me get a gts after talking to ya at scarborough never looked back..see ya on the road dont forget... ride it likeya stole it

Delmalossi you see the DTC lammy next to mine in the pic above, at Scarborough he was riding towards me and I nodded and waved and he blanked me!!!!

Kin brilliantttttttttttttttttttt aren’t knob heads brilliant.

I got the dent sorted a few months ago and you can’t see were the damage was.

I love the GTS and kinda enjoy the controversy in a way, my club members all pull my leg over it but in a friendly way. It will be great to catch up on the runs this year, cant wait.

if you ride 200 miles in driving rain to put your tent up in a soaked field then get pissed, ride home in yet more rain the next morning throwing up in your helmet, then your a real scooterist in my books. Wink

it dont matter what your on auto, vintage, or a chinese cheapo ped.

as long as people make the effort and dont snipe at people because he or she rides something that's different to theirs.

if someone doesnt like auto's they should keep it to themselves and accept that theyre here to stay and overtake older bikes Wink

if you ride a gts then you gotta have a sense of humour, cos if you get all upset about people turning their nose up at you, then you should get a resto lammy to please them, I ride a gts cos I like it, not for everybody else, I get banter all the time, but I dont care, I also dont let it bother me as it makes me laugh, I have been a scooterist since 86 and then I had a scooter that people used to take the piss, it was a PK50! lol but really I dont care!!!!!!

oh btw I havnt got a lammy in the garage!! it was too unreliable and someone on ebay wanted to pay stupid money for it!
