I'm the opposite - I often dream of learning to drive, buying a 4x4 and then running over the irritating fuckers who drive past my flat at 2am in the morning with what sounds like a mechanical digger strapped to their bike...
Seriously, I dont think the exhaust is that quiet, compared to a sports exhaust then yes, but there are quieter ones out there....(or maybe my gasket has gone again? _________________

well there is an answer there!! live somewhere quieter lol no seriously, if everybody has vehicles that were quiet, then you loose one of the senses ie hearing, remember the green cross code????
I think the standard is very quiet even compared to other standard exhausts, I cant even hear it myself while wearing a crash hat! _________________ Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.

with the standard pipe on i get the feeling that car drivers have no idea i'm there and they can do some silly things as a result, with the PM on all i do is blip the throttle, give them a bit of volume and they sure know i'm there and usually give me a bit more space to get past them on the white line _________________

someone needs to buy a vectrix.
blipping the throttle at the lights tells the car driver that your not an average ped and he'll get hammerd if he tries to smoke you.
with the standard pipe people used to try and race me at the lights for some bizzare reason. _________________ revolution deathsquad! |

The standard system is quiet... but some people like that as they can hear other road users that might be about to come past them.
The rumble and induction noise from mine is so much that i cant hear anything apart from me... doesnt matter too much ill admit, as although i cant hear the sirens i can normally see the blue lights flashing behind me |

I generally move in front of the cars at the lights in london to let them know who's going first - if they dont get the message then they never will! _________________
