Right I've been working hard trying to figure out the best way to do this, the best way I can think of is to split it evenly for everyone even though some will be in a family room......what do you think?
Exhange rates are crap at the moment and even though I've got the hotel at same price as last year the euro versus the pound means it will cost £22 each including breakfast.
If bunter goes then I'll have to stick him in another hotel and suggest someone from the six person family room goes with him or even two people but this means we may have to chip in a couple of euros to help cover the extra room cost......but I'll work on this when I'm over there 
If I've missed anyone out shout quickly as I will need to work it out again!!
Room suggestions:
bed 1 Big Ian ( single.....tour operators bonus!!)
bed 2 Airmec1 + Airmec2 (dble)
bed 3 Legin + Ali (dble)
bed 4 Gavskin + Tonia (dble)
bed 5 4tdrag 1 + 4tdrag2 (dble)
bed 6 Maver, fleecemeister, booboo, rainham boy (4 person family room)
bed 7 Glen, chevy, Monty, Big Al, Nicey, Jonboy (6 person family room)
I know it means sharing but my club did it for one night last year and everyone said it was ok.......but it's up to you lot to decide......

im easy i dont think most people will be too bothered
have you not asked on ss whether someone would like to book another hotel? as they all seemed to moan that they werent in on the trip so to speak

Not sure Glen, I think it may be 5 beds one being a dble !! ......so choose which ones gonna be your bitch for the night
No on a serious note if it is just 5 beds then thats why I'd like to take one or two out if Bunter is going and put them in the hotel 30yrds away but I dont know the costs of that one or the telephone number yet to sort it out 
Monty as for SS forum no one came forward and to be honest mate this little number here is stressing me out trying to sort out!!!

let me know as i have too much pay me at the next rally etc so want to get most of this paid before hand please

Monty the price is £22 for this hotel if we did need to get another room in another hotel and stick Bunter + 1 in then if we all chucked in a £1 each when we are there this would help balance the costs if Bunter pays the same as us.(not 100% sure he's going though)
I'm not sure the best way to have the money so it's either gonna have to be a cheque or paypal (add 80p extra for extortionate charges via paypal)
or club togther and send it via paypal this should cut back on charges
Will start to ask for money by the end of the week so start saving now

anyone who knows me well know i cant sleep at the best of times , hence being drunk most the time at rallies [ thats my excuse]they will also know i tend to fall asleep while riding scoot ,after a night with no sleep.
couldnt think of a better group to share with , but i am happy to get my own room at other hotel,
as i want to enjoy the traveling this year without bad hangovers.
hope this doesnt sound out of order ,

Glen I'll sort you out another room or you can have my single mate and I'll go in with the lads ....they'll be the ones not getting any sleep then ha ha zzzzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I've done the deal on the hotel as an all in one price so if one comes out it will mean others will have to pay more .......I'll sort it out some how but it may cost you a couple of quid more ....will have to ask when I'm over there.

When my club went last year there was a first come first served basis grabbing the beds in the family rooms, I was on the lower level and never went in them, however a good old drinking session in the bar meant no one cared where they slept in the end
