My thoughts are as follows:

Should aim to be leaving travel lodge around 8am to get to Dover and make sure got a tank full of juice before getting on boat, meet everyone not going to travellodge in carpark in front of ferry terminal at around 9am as got to check in just before 9,30am Question

Anyone else got any views or ideas on this? It's easier if we all have tank full before boarding as we dont have to faff about the other side and should have loads to get us down to Etaples/Hotel Wink

searched it on google, came up with google maps and done a route from my house to it.

seems if you're coming from the M25 / M2 direction on the A2 you need to take the "upper harbledown/chartham hatch" exit, do a sharp right at "roman road" and take the ramp back onto the A2 going back toward London to get to the travelodge as it's on the wrong side of the carrigeway.
