Dealers like this make me laugh - he selling a vespa gtv 250 'Navy' 'brand new' for £250 above the list price and making it out like its a bargain...

If the scoot was £4049, and he's selling it for £3999, that's £50 cheaper. I'd hardly say that was a 'bargain', especially when it involves transport costs etc., to go and pick it up !
