Fraid so Sad . It will take an open face helmet tho. I use a Momo fighter size XL Embarassed that fits no problem, as would a Davida.

Bummer, never mind used to carrying my lid about anyway. Will probably end up with a top box for rallys. They just dont look so cool, but very handy and better than worrying about your kit falling off the back.

How are the top boxes for room? 220 a bit pricy eh

pepy should you not be called 'big pepy' if you have a head that size? Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Cool

I bought a Piaggio fighter type lid at Camber Sands and it fits under the seat of my GTV. Oh, and it's an XL too. Wink

As I'm new to this site, I'm not going to get dragged into any helmet or head size debate Confused

Footnote; my momo only fits once visor has been removed and thrown in the bin where it belongs (if that's what we're talking about Confused )

£220??? Where are you thinking of buying from!?

You're right tho, the top box don't look cool but it keeps your gear nice and dry without the need for a dozen bin-liners and provides safe storage for your lid while parked up.

Wouldn't be without mine.

ah-ha!

dont see the point of one without the visor though - they've got quite a few I think without the visor, how come you didnt get one of those? and what do you do when it rains?

He uses ski googles instead. Shocked

My Piaggio fighter style also needs the visor removed, so i use wrap round sunglasses. Cool

Thank you big hairy fella! yeah, the visor on the momo was just a complete no no as the wind under the visor would have me crying my eyes out before i'd done 100 yards. Switch to ski goggles for nice comfy happy eyes Very Happy
