thinking about putting the malossi 210 cylinder and cam on my 125.I know the cylinder head of the 125 is the same as the 200cc and crankcasings. Don't think the cranks the same though. Has anyone seen both cranks and compaired them? I'm wondering if the 125 crank can handle the 210 kit.Any help would be great.

The crank in your scoot will be more than happy to cope.
Not much point in the cam if your not having the valve job.
The 210 kit on it's own will make a hell of a difference.
If you don't like wheelies then go for a gear kit or a bigger rear tyre.
All the above is from first hand experience.

Do it, a lad in our club put a 210 on his 125, now he flys, nearly as fast as a gts. _________________

Loadsa money to do it properly with the valves, big carb etc.
One customer of mine who had us tune his VX125 has bills for £2000 and we agreed free labour!
This scoot is legendary round these parts and even smirnoff's GTS would only just keep up.
Decide for the 210 on it's own and a very good power increase is gained and the price is real world.
Then if you want more speed instead of wheelies gear it up.
If you go adding more Malossi bits after this then there is no real gain until the last piece of the jigsaw is in place but then it is a substancial gain.
As you'd expect it to be for two grand! |

The one exception to this is the Malossi variator which can be used on any spec engine to your advantage. |
