So how do you guys rate this pipe then? any improvement on a standard exhaust? what about noise levels and fuel consumption ?

Cheers

too soon to tell on milage, if the weathers good I'm gonna go out to North Wales this weekend, so I'll have a better idea then.

As for performance the top speed has gone from 84-85 upto 91pmh this is very probably an inaccurate speed but the increase in performance is relative. It's also much quicker of the line and in mid range, however I also had a J Costa Variator fitted at the same time so I'm not sure which shows the greater perfomance increase?? or indeed how much is pipe and how much variator?

Sounds feckin ace too, first time I've not missed the sound of a 2 stroke since I sold my Dragster.... and it looks a lot better than the pictures I've seen online, it's understated not all scooter bling like a titianium scorpion.
Very Happy

The same goes with my scoot.I`m not sure which has made the improvement. It doesn`t matter tho`...the fact is that it`s a hell of a good improvement. The GTS has gone from a great Scooter to an absolutely brilliant scooter!
I took a mate out to a meet last night `cos his scooter wouldn`t start. The performance was just as good as a standard scoot riding solo. That good in fact,my mate is thinking of getting a GTS himself!!
As long as it stays reliable I don`t mind using extra fuel Very Happy
Ps the new rear tyre is a heck of a good improvement as well.

i had 90 out of mine on the A610 to Heanor with the wind buffeting me all over the shop and i still wasnt on full throttle. i had to slow down as a wet road and the strong wind was pissing me off.

i reckon i could break the 95 barrier with no wind, but hey thats the new improved scorp pipe for you

the limiter with a standard 130 tyre kicks in at about 82mph real speed.

with a 140 tyre youll probably hit a real 88mph.

Oi! Rolling Eyes

I've had 100 on the flat on a few occasions, but not recently. I blame the malossi belt! Embarassed
