Well maver made me aware of this small problem before i had the fuoco, anyway i have now changed all the mudguard bolts for stainless steel items........to my horror i noticed i had lost 3 bolts out of the 4 that hold the mud flap on aswell on one side! the bolt just goes into a threaded nut sert with no nut on the reverse to stop them vibrating out Shocked so i added longer bolts on them and a nyloc on the other side

if you want to do your's you will need

16x m5 x 16mm soc button head (bolts)
8x m5 x 15 repair washer's
8x m5 plain washer's
8x m5 nyloc nuts (in all it cost me £9.21)

first pic the rusty crap i took out !!

Nexus hugger wont fit... not even close to fitting.

On the nexus it bolts on the RH side to the exhaust/engine brace... on the Fuoco not only is the shock there, but so is parking brake. Wink
