Sure this has been on here before somewhere, I think the general concensus was there dangerous, ie {and God forbid} your sliding towards an articulated wagon trailer, you bail off, what does your flesh and blood do strapped to the bike Shocked

Yes it's the same reason I won't put a seat onto my pushbike, although my newphew would love it, if anything happened I could not handle it! He would love to get on the scoot and he will have a play about with it as he did the lammy on the stand, but it's really not worth the risk. Does not bare thinking about Evil or Very Mad

I find the footpegs on the 300 difficult to reach and I'm nearly 5ft 4" Embarassed

I think maybe you will have to wait for your little one to grow a bit for safety reasons Mav. My lad is nearly 11 now but still can't reach the pegs on the 300. He still goes on the back but only for short spins around the village for fun, he was ok on the lammy mind. I wouldn't advocate the stretching thing Shocked
