Head now due friday, this is normal for my CNC guy.
Doesn't usally push a date back more than once so it's worth the wait.
Gives me time to track down another upgraded part I will need.
Found loads of stuff out lately like a guy in the county can make me conrods on a one off basis although it doesn't get reasonable on price until I have five at a time.
Already been told that the rod is the first / most likely failure, we may never break one and I hope we don't but this will be the weakest link if there are any. |

The Webber part number on the stock one is IWP 152 or IWP 182 (I can't make it out clearly) but Webcom know nothing of these.
If I could get flowrate info maybe I can go get something else that'll do it.
Any info out of Piaggio is very hard to obtain unless someone we know is going over for training and can ask unofficially.

Hey Russ,
Nyle from the USA. I know the tech guys very well here in Southern California. and a Weber shop is in california to. I can make some calls and see what kind of info I can get for you. PM me if you need some more info.
I gota 200 GT beast I am building myself. The only reason I went with the 200 is because of the Carb, The power and mods I am doing to this motor will not work with a GTS fuel injected model.
Cheers, Nyle |

Hello Nyle.
I think I am about sorted with the injection now but thanks a lot for the offer of help.
Got a feeling these injectors are made just for Piaggio.
I am really enjoying sorting all this out, there is nothing like having a challenge like this, it's my kinda fun.
Lets hear about your plans for the GT then. |

It's just a little turbo project that I have been working on for awhile.

You'll need much lower compression for a start from what I gather and the smallest turbo you can get.
The Malossi valves and cam will help out. (even a turbo won't push mixture through closed valves )
Is that the one your using in the picture?
Dare I ask what it's from? |

Head collected today but we have come up with another idea for even more power gain.
Have to take some measurements and do some sums.
Will no more tuesday.
Oops, And talk to the owner of the scoot of course!
Fuel managment is all but taken care of so the PM box of tricks will be up for sale unopened.

It's hard to distinguish the difference from a normal head in a photo, the valves are not massive compared to the standard ones and the port shape isn't gonna be captured either.
There's nothing really special about the head job, just matching the ports for max flow considering the new valves.

Russ did you go with bigger valves? or use the Malossi ones? Because you really can not go must bigger on the sizing. I had a VXR 200 head flow a few years back.
