Hi everyone, nice to be part of another worthwhile forum to share info and experiences, we (my husband and I!) got our brand new white GTS 300 on thursday, went to Cleethorpes on Friday and it went back to the dealers lunchtime today (Monday) Mmm will know tomorrow what's wrong with her.

Welcome Slider, just when I thought about chopping the GTS 250 in against a 300 too!

Don't write it off just yet, will know tomorrow what the damage is, but gotta say the dealer has been very helpful so far, will let you know what happens next!

That'll be why I can't post any pics then!! Hi Chev, yeah the dealer didn't think it was too serious, maybe the chain tensioner jammed? and he did admit thare was alot of play in the throttle so doesn't sound too bad but I am waiting for THE telephone call to confirm, will keep everyone posted
