where can i buy the new bearings for this item and how do i get the bearing out?

Heat ally bracket to 80c (ish) in area around bearing housing with hot air blower or similar, its rate of expansion is quicker then that of the bearing so it will make it easier to extract. Using a socket or something similar size to tap the bearing out of the housing, it should come out fairly easily if the housing is at the right temp.

To fit the new bearing put it in the deep freeze over night to shrink it, heat the bearing housing to expand it and using a socket the same diameter as the outer race tap it back into place.

Order the bearing form your local piaggio dealer or by using the code printed on the bearing you might be able to source a replacement form your local bearing supplier.
