Just been on e bay and came across, a vespa chip that SAY's it gives +15BHP. Only £12 and say's very easy to fit.
I couldn't manage to get the link, but type in 'vespa chip' and you will see.

Has anyone ever used one?

If no one has I might try it once I've run scoot in and let you know if it's worth £12.

it just makes the fuel air mixture richer, bit like running the engine with the choke pulled out all the time Rolling Eyes

When you read the small print +15bhp is the product name and not a power claim.
