Buy an Optimate III Charger. Keep the battery on trickle charge all the time it is at your house/garage. Use the permanent fused lead with the waterproof rubber cap. The battery will be brought back to life and will last for years.
The fused lead on my GTS 250 was run from the terminals up through the column and appeared through a drilled hole inside the glove box. There was just enough length for it to fit there. |
