Hi I've been lurking here for a while so though I'd register and say hello
my main reason for being here though is only to gain info on 250 Quasar engines as I intend fitting one into my Gilera Runner VXR
though I am tempted by the GTS 300 |

| Hello and welcome... good luck with the quasar transplant, just make sure you get the wiring harness as its a nightmare to make one up from scratch. |

Forgot to mention in the manual section there is a 250 or 300 workshop manual and wiring diagram if you need any info from it...  |

thanks for the welcome
as for wiring thats my no.1 nightmare so I'm looking at an engine from a Derbi GP1 250 because it comes with a carb (yeah I'm a chicken I know!!) |

The new derbi gp1s are fuel injected now so it narrows down possibilities even more

think they've only sold about 2 anyway 
may have to get a fuel injected one and stick a carb on
PS Monty I PM'd you yesterday on runner site about Drag. 50 spares I needed a rear hub (hopefully I've got one now, fingers crossed) |
