As far as cooking and stoves go i limit things to hot drinks and the odd pot noodle, i've tried pots & pans for bacon sarnies etc but the extra gear involved plus the greasy mess makes anything more than boiling water a non starter for me.

these coleman stoves fold down to fit in the palm of your hand and the cartridges are removable as they self seal, PZ models have a clicky ignition thingy for easy lighting, great stoves, boil a kettle of water REALLY fast. **ALL STOVES ARE DELIVERED WITHOUT CARTRIDGES**

i carry a 500 cartridge which is easily enough for a weekend, i also carry a spare 500 incase i run out and mark the bottoms so i know which one i'm using so i don't end up with 2 nearly empty carts. **cartridges available from millets and all good camping shops**

Cooking..I got one of these
