Nice one Chev
Only thing I will say is unless you have a camping trip in the next 6 weeks then the 2009 coleman range is due out at the end of January. Which should mean 1 of 2 things either great value on 2008 range tents or some cool new features for '09 . So I'm gonna wait and see.
Good bit of tent hunting though mate been looking for one of these for about 4 months. _________________

I'm thinking we might have missed the boat
I can't find a Phad X3 at a 'good' price (£125 from £150) - most places are out of stock. I get the feeling that all the 2008 stock is sold out and the 2009 stock will be full, new price.
I suppose it means we may as well wait and hope the new features are worth missing the sale prices! _________________ Do two and 1/4 rallies mean I'm not a scoot noob anymore? |

I have been on the look out for a Phad x3 at a good price since before Mersea, couldn't find one so got a Vango Beta which is OK but not of coleman quality, (it leaked a bit in Leige 2nd time out, but was under £50), gonna keep that as a back up and get a 2009 phad x3, though I am still tempted by an '08 avior x3 @£87 _________________

I just called Coleman to ask what the difference between the 2008 and 2009 models are and they said none, the line is just to continue. The reason suppliers are out of stock is simply because Coleman produced a limited amount last season and they are running out. They expect more to be available from the beginning of February.
So. If you're looking for a Phad or Phact or whatever, you may as well get one now if you can find one cheap, coz the 2009 ones are unlikely to be in any sales.
Best I can see at the moment for a Phad X3 is £125. I'm thinking of going for it... _________________ Do two and 1/4 rallies mean I'm not a scoot noob anymore? |

Where's that Dave?
I just rang the company (outdoor GB) linked at the top of this thread and they don't have any....
I think I'm gonna try for that AVior X3 I saw for £87.45. _________________

I've tried a few places for either a Phad or Avior X3, all I'll say is dont believe the stock levels give a call before ordering _________________
