I had a Conti twist fitted by Ron Daleys for £45 all in, feels good so far 100% inprovement on the Sava!!!

that is the problem Innocenti, we don't realise how bad something is until we get it fixed...because some things deteriorate slowly our brain does not register it !! (e.g. thats why some people have wife who looks more like Dot Cotton when 20 or so years ago they married a girl looking more like Fearne Cotton !!!)
I am glad you have a good tyre on now, they are lifesavers in this weather. Deffo worth spending on good tyres
