Hi all,
I have just bought a 2nd hand GTS 250 for £1999.00, 11,000miles & one owner from new. I previously had a PX125 for 4 years until a car killed it at the beginning of Dec 08....i have found it very odd getting used to no gears & back brake but i am getting there...its blooming fast tho' and i've not even been out of the city yet!! |

I have had a good look around the topics and i think this a good forum to visit regularly, some great tips and advice etc.
I cannot wait for the better weather to get out and about on my GTS, I did get about on my PX125, loads of rallies etc over the last 4 years, the furthest being the YSA coast to coast in 07...Hull to Blackpool / Blackpool to Whitby / Whitby to Hull in one weekend, major arseache,
wouldn't fancy doing it with pillion and luggage on a PX125 but I would do that and more on my GTS250.
After passing my test last summer i was wanting a bigger cc scoooter so i could further, faster and in comfort with Mrs H and luggage...
I was never a big fan of autos but I love Vespa, style, history, the romance of the brand... I love the old Vespas and now I love this new Vespa.... this GTS is the alchemy of the best of both!! |

Welcome to the forum, PX125 to GTS250 yep there's defo a big SPEED difference there...
