Here's the stats:
Born Washington DC, 1964; Raised on Soul and Jazz music.
Moved to San Diego, California, 1976; Listening to Blues influenced Rock & Roll.
Turned away from Hippy misadventures around the end end of the 70's, starting hanging around with the kids who were discovering Punk.
Gravitated to the Mod because I liked the music, clothes and scooters. Never got a scooter though, no money.
Joined the Army in 1983, got married, had kids; still no scooter.
When I turned 40 realized my days on Earth were numbered, had some money, knew I had to have a scooter before I died. Got the GTS 250.
Now the wife and I are waiting for the last child to move out. She wants the GTS and I'm planning on getting a vintage.

It's all Lagers over here. There's a few good micro-brews, but anything that says, "Imported from England" or "ale" and I have to drive across town. Americans aren't known for being beer connoisseurs. Do you still want me to buy?
