Should this small light be on all the time ?
Mine seems to be off all the time so it may be the bulb, is it hard to replace ?

Should be on all the time. It's dead easy to get at, simply remove the Piaggio badge on the horn cast and then remove the screw it covers. The horn cast will then come off and its obvious from there really.

Its a little glass endless sidelight, youve not taken your old one out yet have you? take it with you to a car accessory shop theres even coloured ones!
