Just gonna keep teasing, wouldn't want to upset the owner as if it were me then I would wanna see it first before you lot!

The one below is a pic of the whole scoot.

But it's covered whilst I bled the brakes (one little drop of fluid can ruin a whole paint job.)
So who decided to paint the calipers when the proper stuff wasn't available?
Lucky I'm so good that no fluid ever touched the outside of the caliper. (try it sometime)

And lastly a pic of the Jigsaw puzzle they call GTS wiring and plumbing.

Which all has to be routed perfectly or the glovebox and floor won't sit right.

Got her running tonight and she sounds good, came up to temp ok, fan came on but one cold pipe meant an airlock, all bled through now tho so shouldn't give any bother down to wooly.

Russ.

I charged £150 to strip it down and £300 to build it back up.
When I first completed it I considered it not enough given the time it takes however I reckon the more I do the quicker I'll get so think this is now a fair price.
Who's next?
Just to blow my own trumpet a bit the scoot ran perfectly back to Norwich and then all the way to wooly and back with no problems at all.

i saw nicey's scoot in the flesh at wooly and i've got to say you would never know it'd been stripped down and rebuilt, a credit to russ in my opinion Cool

niceys had some nice(!) little bits done that you'd never notice without looking carefully, rear of frame de-seamed, levers engraved "norwich city f.c." with the ball ends done as footballs, a very nice(!) scooter Cool Cool

No badges are fitted to this scoot, it's all painted as per Nicey's instructions.
