And this is it after an hour or so with a screwdriver.

Big chuncks come out next like engine and forks then wiring and plumming etc.

other jobs will included pulling the calipers off for paint and removing tyres from the rims etc and so on.

And after a few more hours with spanners and stuff.......

........Its ready to be taken to the painters.

One or two clips have to be left in because they are attached where the frame is double skinned and can not be removed without breaking and replacing them. However these are in places they will NEVER be seen even under close inspection so feck it there staying.

I found the right hand rear indicator had cracks in (Was like it when I got here [in the voice of Bart Simpson])
And both the top and bottom steering bearings came out in bits all over the place.
This could be due to lack of grease in the factory or over doing it with a jetwash but I ain't never seen em that bad in a scoot this new!
Steering bearing tracks are out and the bottom one is well rusty so complete sets will be required not just the bearings themselves.

There are a couple of places I dont want a lot of paint on and I'll point them out to nicey when he comes.
We also need to work out a way of not powder coating the threads and bearing tracks in the sidecasing and the exhaust carrier plate.
Will blue-tack work????????????
If not then extra charge to get them clean and useable again.
