Hello.
I'm Sean, I bought a GT 200 about seven weeks ago and haven't done a rally on the Px's since.
I've had at least one scooter on the go since 1984 and at the moment I've two P200s, aT5 and a motorbike as well.
I do a fair few rallies but as I don't drink, I just sit in my tent reading, often the Bible, or pressing flowers in a scrap book.
I've met a few people whos screen names I recognise here, most recently G-Tease who mentioned this site to me, as we discussed the merits of the New Testament over the Old.
Cheers all. |

Hi Sean and welcome
See you didn't waste anytime getting here
What a mental weekend!
Who would have thought there would have been so many practising Christians on the rally scene. I particularly enjoyed the bible reading we all had last night in THE BAR |

i've always liked CORINTHIANS ch7 ver11
"and lo the good lord rode his auto amongst the ranks of non believers and verily they hurl-ed the abuse....... but the lord kept to his purpose and soon others saw the light and join-ed in as the die hards look-ed on in scorn....on and on the conversions went as news spread of the fun and comradeship to be had with the new fangled clutch lever less beasts.........many moons passed and the ranks of the new army of followers had swelled to such an extent the non believers now number-ed only one solitary being who sat in his shed thread counting." _________________

Thank you all for the welcomes.
A bit of cross forum spamming over the weekend by Mr Innocenti helped in rembering the name of the website.
I too enjoyed the Bible Studies, although I think I may have been fighting a losing battle in dissuading the hordes away from alcohol and into the arms of Our Lord.
And yes, absolutely mental! |

Flip, yes we did meet, with the Lowestoft lot.
Unless I was offensive, then in that case, I have no idea who you are talking about. |
