I did similar on my GT, at 30. 40 and 50 mph.
It was 2-3 mph over on the speedo, compared to the sat nav.
My PX was showing 36 @ 30! :

I thnk you've got muddled at the end there, yes most of us know the speedos are well out, and the faster you go the worse it gets. I have a gps speed camera detector on mine that logs every journey for download, on the way to Mersea last year i was baning on the rev limiter for ages at 94 on the speedo (blowin a gale on me back), that journey logged a fastest speed of 80mph................but hey, all those TS1s and 210s really are'nt doing the 80 to 90 ish they think they are either.
If anyone asks " how fast mate" just say over 90 on the clock.... Wink

they're more out the older the bike is.

my mates px225 was 'cruising' at 65/70mph according to him, about 50/55 mph according to me Smile

my p200 powered GS only manages to do 0-5mph at full whack, though thats the vibrations more than anything (yes the cables snapped for umpteenth time)

It's just pretty much taken as read that the speedo's are always out on all vespas, my mate was convinced he was doing 60/65 mph down to Exmouth but I never got above 55mph on my clock...and yes it was hell going that slow! Laughing Shocked

yes i know that speedos are always wrong, even my car is the same, i have a t5 mk1 and according to the speedo, i couldnt do more than 60mph but when my t5 was looking a bit rough, i put the engine in a p2 frame, and i could then get over 70mph! I just thought that my gts would go a bit faster! maybe im moaning too much but I dont think mine goes that fast! lol

it may be because I'm 6 foot tall and weigh 17 stone, and I sit up straight but I rarely, rarely get up to or over 80mph on my gts, yet on here and other forums 80mph is cruising speed and 90mph plus is fairly easy...

It doesnt feel slow at all (much better than a p range) but it dont do what u lot say..Sad

Fit a fly screen!! You'll get AT LEAST an extra 5mph top end!

GPS'd my GTS at 80mph while showing 85 on the clock. Sits at 75 on the clock all day long on the motorway.

The fly screen is the best performance mod you can buy Wink
Seems there isnt even comparability between other gts speedos. Rolling Eyes

well i think that each speedo must be different cos on the speedo saying 80mph was 70 on the gps, and coming home from work today I was behind a driving school car and he went into a 30 mph speed limit and on my speedo it said inbetween 35 - 40 mph which is what my gps said for 30 mph! so my speedo is not the same as car speedos!! oh and I have got a vespa flyscreen so if it adds 5 mph, god knows how slow it would be without it! lol like scootaboy said, it dont go like u all say it does! I have only seen 90 mph a couple of times and that was going down hill on the m20, but usually its between 70 and 80 (on the speedo) and ive never had it over 9000 revs of ever hit the limiter!

How many miles has it got on? It should get faster as it loosens up. Otherwise get it in to your dealer and have the injectors etc. checked!

ACh , I posted when this forum just started to say I'd GPS'd PX's & GTS's and they are both around 10% out.
