Hi to all members , this is my first post and I have to say that i`m over the moon to see a U.K. site that`s dedicated to the GT /S /V .
I first got into scooters in the early 80`s , during the mod revival when the fishtail on my parka was trailing the ground ( I was only 12 !! ) , Quadrophenia was released around then and after seeing it at the youth club ,that was me hooked.
When the Mods began to thin out here , about 83/84 , I was gutted, I wanted it to go on forever , and I think that , in my head , it still has went on, because my love for all things Vespa and Lambretta are even stronger today , I can`t get enough of them !
Anyway , enough rambling , it`s great to be a member and I look forward to sharing info with all you scooterists out there , by the way , i`ve got a chromed up vintage green GT 125L that the wife calls the SHOPPING TROLLEY !! keep her lit .

Hi fishface,do you go to local rallies/events im just trying to figure out who you are as i`ve seen a mint green GT a few times,good luck anyway Cool

Hey , a homeboy !! nice to get a reply so soon, howsit goin ?
I haven`t been to a rally in many a moon, my last was a Bangor ruccus with some skins way back in the day,, was about 13 yrs old ,on the back of my cousins PX and got seperated from him, I was crying and everything !!! cops had to phone my da , shameful.
Would LOVE to do a rally or a day run , i`m not in any club and none of my friends even remotely are into scooters, so just need to get my ass into gear and go for it.
