Some of you may have heard, some not.
Rev & Go Scootering has ceased to trade this weekend and the shop will be empty by sunday night.
Thanks to all those supporting us in the past.
I don't really want to go into the many reasons for it right now.

Russ.

Thanks to all the well wishers.
This is how it went.
Thursday night the baliffs went in for non payment of rent.
7am Friday A person who has to remain nameless gemmy'd the padlocks and clasps off the front door with a crowbar. Then I showed and started to remove customers scoots on to the pavement so they could be collected.
By 10am the landlord turned up with the police to have me arrested for breaking in etc and was stopping customers taking their own scooters!
I was having none of it and 4 more old bill showed up at which point I dropped the bombshell that what the landlord had done was illegal and the police should get their law straight before they started throwing their weight around.
The eldest copper made a phone call and then informed everybody I was right and I gave the landlord the double bird right in his face.
Everybody now has their scoots back and most folks have got deposits back on parts etc and those who havn't will have before long.
Sunday night came and went and shop was empty of valubles but will take until this evening to clear prperly.
We are leaving it cleaner than when we went in so as nothing can be charged for clean up by the landlord.
I'm looking into taking him to the cleaners over terms of the original lease and his illegal behavour recently.

At this moment no one has got their teeth stuck in to me over money.
There is a good chance I can work my way out of the situation as long as I don't panic.
I'm not bankrupt and havn't gone IVA yet and will work so as neither happens.
The plan is to pay folks what they are owed by liqudating stock back to the wholesalers or doing clearence deals with other dealers.
Iv'e had a right wedge of cash from 3 dealers already for bulk purchases and this money will be used to keep the wolves with the sharpest teeth from the door.
Idea's are being tossed, bizness models explored.
I have to say that right now my business model feels a bit like Trotters Indepentant Trading as I sit on my work PC in my dining room and as I look at the dining room it's piled to the ceiling with all manor of new scooter parts.
I also have 3 mates garage's piled to the ceiling too as well as the scoots I own stashed here and there.

In anycase I'll see you all about so don't go changing your attitudes towards me will ya!

Russ.
