Here's a pic of my Silver GTS taken on IOW ferry this year, decided with my next door neigbour Chris ( the black GTS) on the Friday night to go for a day trip on the Saturday !! not bad seeing as we live up in the midlands 
Left at 6am back by 8pm 300mles round trip managed to visit everywhere on the island and still get a few pints in  Top day trip out

Thats nothing 
You should've suffered a 200 mile trip down, two up, fully laden with clobber, loads and loads of pints, three nights camping, 300 hundred miles of "trips" around the island and then a 200 mile trip home again
I was fooked, must be my age  
The only thing is thankfully it was on a GTS

My only other daft venture this year was to go to Woolly but I did stay overnight for that one just loved thrashing the GTS all the way down M42 and M5 and back again which was a nice 450mile round trip.........could never have done it on my TS1 without being totally fecked for days afterwards

Cosa really suprised me as he was two's up and not hanging around when we got off the boat I thought they were meant to be slow

What Lambretta???? On our ferry back there were 2 GTS's 1 cosa and a rally200 and not a lamby in sight
