Just recovering from a terrable cold over Christmas, spent nearly all of the last three days in bed, No appetite, no booze, felt like Shite. At least the Kids had a good time.
This year has been pretty shite in lots of ways. Floods leaving people with tremendous problems, everywhere you turn there seems to be imigrant workers with even their own shops, summer came and went at Easter (Scarborough was great though), I Did nine rallies under canvas this year and got wet on all but two. Went to two funerals on me scooter and first few columns of Scootering personals are full of RIPs. Seems like you have to work half again as hard to earn the same. Petrol, leccie, gas and rates all gone up. Our boys getting blown up and shot for f**k all, and generally the worth of human life is now lower than ever.
There was some good things, usually to do with great times i had on the Scooter. Rallies, nights out, mates new and old, the feeling I get when i ride it, Loved every cold wet minute of it.
all i can say is lets hope for a better year to come and lets have at least a few GTS meets at Rallies this year. Very Happy

Had that poxy cold/flu for near on a week just before Christmas Phil.....it fucking wiped me out...haven't felt so shite for ages. Sad

im writing this on me laptop in bed Crying or Very sad

ive had this stupid flu thing since xmas eve night
kids got it,missus is getting it
missed me xmas dinner at inlaws and by the looks of things
im gonna spend new year here as well
was going to do loads to me scoot
but cant really remember where i left it ,think i put it in the garage
sleepin most of the day and creepin about all night
(normal for smirnoff Very Happy

nightmare, scarbrough was quality this year like.

it was mega hot.

i got soaked on every rally this year except margate! and that was the furthest one away. Confused

i have a theory here about all the rain........i blame imigration? its all the extra weight on our small country its slowly sinking down so it makes us further away from the sun Laughing

i too got wet on a lot of rallys this year Neutral
