done loads of miles on mine 2 up, no problems, sometimes forget passenger is there, a good thing to check is that your passengers legs are long enough to reach the pegs, the GTs isn't very short arse friendly _________________

Iv`e got one of those colour coded top boxes so `er indoors can feel a bit more secure leaning back IF she want`s to ride pillion.(I did not buy it,it came with the scoot)
Without the box fitted it looks easier enough for her to cock her (short) leg over the rear but it looks a bit tricky with it fitted!
Any ideas for her getting on board?
When we had the bike she used to put all her weight on the nearside foot rest, stand on it and cock her leg over but the retractable GTS peg looks too fragile! _________________ The Stig rides an Auto so is always in TOP GEAR! |

Spend most of my time 2 up and performance excellent, really piss's my brother off as i leave him and his full nut's tuned GP behind on a long run and still use less fuel. _________________ Whats a Clutch !!!! |

I have done hundreds of miles two up with my wife on the back. I would never use the top box as I personally think they look dorkish (no offence to any one) I have used a flip over back rest from a lambretta and had it welded onto the grab rail then powder coated. Its fantastic and I can also bungee my luggage to the back or front when riding solo.
I do find it a little awkward at times when I put my feet down and the position the pillions pegs are in makes their feet hit the back of your leg but you do get used to moving out of the way. |
