hello folks well ive been thinking of starting a new club for auto riders that attend rallys....i need to know your thoughts or feelings on this? its not instead of the darkside as we all know the darkside will always be there.......i just feel maybe its time to try somthing new,at the moment its me and maver at the helm.........tell us what ya think Wink

Ummmm an awkward one to answer Gav Confused

Traditionalists all refer to auto riders as Darksiders whether they are in the club or not Rolling Eyes

So by starting up something new could cause confusion and also upset the original Darkside bunch, but then I think the Darkside as they know it has changed from what they originally intended.......someone correct me if I'm wrong Wink

I'm proud to say I've now seen the light and can give credit to folks who want to ride autos......I still and always will have a toe in both camps of both auto and trad (not saying I'm camp either ha ha )

I'm all for new ideas to spruce the scene up but think there needs to be a real need for a new club unless it's objectives are totally different to that of the Darkside.

Just read what I have written and l seem to talk a loads of b*llocks, basically Gav give it a go what have you got to loose Wink

i hear what ian is saying, everyone who turns up on a rally nowadays is automatically classed as darkside whether they're in the darkside or not, i think what gav wants to do is create something a bit more elitist for auto riders who do the miles, a bit more of an exclusive group of hardcore auto riders, something to seperate us from the spotty herbets sitting outide maccy d's on a speedfight never leaving the safety of the ring road.........

have i got it right gav???
