|
|
Anothering thing which you guys might appriciate from todays dealer meeting, was the restructure of genuine service parts.
As a few examples...
BrakesPads were upto £28.40 now fixed at £9.99
Belts all getting dropped in price, with a £65 one down to £19.99 (Dearest one being the Fuoco/master one from £80 down to £30)
Roller kits £13 down to now only £3.99
Air filters all down in price £8 ones down to £1.99 and the dearest again being the Fuoco style one at £9
So now means weve gotta redo all our fixed price servicing menus now! Gonna seriously drop service prices though which is always good. |

Yes its the entire Piaggio Group... its them trying to stop the pattern people making too many service items for there machines, which are low quality and effecting the reliability and reputation of the machines.
And its a step towards trying to regain ground from the dodgy chinese stuff flooding the market, they have tried to reduce the price of smaller machines slightly but without much luck (although the Zip is now £999) so they are trying to make people realise that for the extra money with a piaggio you get good warranty back up, good resale values, better specification, cheap servicing andf hopefully a better experience overall...
And yes its retail not trade...
Piaggio are also about to launch a internet site for buying machines online Its being set up by visarc and shouldnt be long until its available. |
