before my gts started to play up i noticed that it was starting to hit the rev limiter so thought it was time to change the rollers so i got some Dr pulley sliders like steves, took it apart and bely was ok but the rollers were a bit worn


the yellow ones were the worst, will let you know how the sliders are

If your running mixed colour rollers they will always wear quicker as one set will be doing more work than the others.

CRAP PIC , sorry

had service , new standard belt with 15 gr rollers, still got polini variator

mallossi belt looked fine, but rollers Crying or Very sad [about 2k]

my rollers are coming upto 12000 kms

i had them out at 6000km and they hadnt worn at all.

belt time though for me Embarassed i only put the last one in last july

my standard rollers lasted me 10k i just left them in and got the most i could out of them.

they wer WELL flat though. they were sliders after that miliage, not rollers Laughing

looks normal to me, what are the 15g rollers like? is it still revvy?

im on 13.95 and its revving the tits off my scoot Confused

all internals are the same. variator clutch everything.

the engine only had top end and crank, i used all my bits to build the new engine. the belt and rollers were swapped over
