Hello all

On the verge of ordering a GTS250 but can't decide on which colour.

It's either going to be the black or silver, neither of which I've seen close up. I was leaning towards silver, mainly as I wanted the more practical black seat.

However I'm not so sure now as the dealer said that :

1. Seats aren't too expensive, so if I wanted to I could replace the cream seat with a black one after a year or so. (He reckoned about £80, is that about right?)

2. He said the silver colour is more of a gun metal grey, which I’m not so sure about.

I’ve found a few good photos of black GTS’s, but are there any good photos of silver GTS’s out there?

Bollox, Dragon red, and they have the black seat as standard, and there quicker, just ask any Red GTS owner Wink

Personally, my fav colour is the dark Blue, closely followed by Black Wink

I would say the silver is more of a platinum silver not gun metal grey unless the new colours are out??
I always wanted a black GTS the silver one came along very cheap and has done me proud Wink

mind you I'm still not convinced having a top box fitted looks any good Confused

I only got it to put my pack up in Cool

too hot under the seat Laughing

now looks like a scooter version of the honda goldwing with it fitted Confused

I`ve owned a black one and a midnight blue one.. ...

I preffered the blue and it didnt need cleaning as often as the black Wink

Black - just get the seat reupholstered.

I am biased but I think the scooter looks so much more classic in black.

Welcome, silver is more practical, however the black looks cooler Cool

and I like the tan seat.

Red ones are best mines vintage red, but will upgrade to dragon red when it's 3 years old... Very Happy
