I'm usually a less-is-more kinda guy, but I have the urge to make some subtle(ish) 'decoration' to the scoot.
I'm kinda thinking of getting some white vinyl (possibly scotchbrite - I like things to be functional also!) and a craft knife and fashioning my own decals. If the missus will pose for me I may do the old naked silhouettes thing One on each side of the front 'wing' and one on the boot. I have named the scoot Vyky, so it might have some kinda theme... *shrug*
I was going to get some hi-viz black-and-white chequered tape, but that might be a bit 'mod' which I can't claim to be Would look nice though...
Any thoughts? (even if it's "don't be a sad w@nker - stop slapping stickers on it" hehe) _________________ Do two and 1/4 rallies mean I'm not a scoot noob anymore? |

Well, the missus didn't pose for the decals, so I had to get the other bitch in my life to do it
It's done with Scotchlite stuff so it's a safety feature also! Ooo... hang on... that makes it even less cool... Oh well!

So, have you called it the Whippet, or Greyhound? or do you have a dog, maybe Towser or something? Have you seen the reflective strips on Sportscooters site, Quite like them, Ive put go faster stripes down the legshields and around the sidepanels on my GTS. I cant post pictures or even put an Avtar on, cos Im not very good with Computers though. _________________ GTS250 its the future!!! A club wi owt a name sc. Bamberbridge. |

I rescued a couple of retired greyhounds a few months back I do love 'em so! Might start referring to the scooter as "the bitch"
I've got reflective stripes around the wheel rims - silver on silver so they only show up at night (hopefully!).
Next to make an iron-on greyhound for the jacket... hmm... _________________ Do two and 1/4 rallies mean I'm not a scoot noob anymore? |
